Terms and Conditions

New players will receive a membership card which clearly shows their lottery number.

All subscriptions (paid in advance) are applied at a rate of £1 per entry per draw (weekly), which normally takes place every Saturday.

All 4 prizes each week are selected randomly from paying members and winning number holders are notified in writing within seven working days. There is no need to check your numbers or to claim as all winners are notified automatically. Winning numbers and names are printed on the lottery update and on our website www.lifesaverslottery.org

Regular payments can be made by collections via the Agent or if you prefer by Standing Order.

All Agents carry an identity card. If you would like to verify that your collector is genuine please contact us on the Contact Us page.

We promise to protect your personal data and to comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act.

You can cancel your membership at any time. We will refund to you the amount you are in credit at the time of cancellation.

The Gambling Act 2005
As it is an offence for anyone under the age of 16 to participate in a lottery we have a statutory duty to verify that you are over the age of 16 and reside in the UK. By applying to become a player you agree to us carrying out any checks that are deemed appropriate which may include a reference to credit and government agencies. Should a prize winner be found to be under the age of 16 we will refund their money and withhold the prize.

We are licensed by Dudley Borough Council under the Gambling Act 2005.
